Directions
*DIRECTIONS TO THE HWY 14/9 INTERSECTION- This landmark is the basis for most of the directions to our fixtures described below. From I26, take Exit 1 (Hwy 14/Landrum Road) east to the intersection of Hwy 9 with Hwy 14. This is a four way stop. Coming from the East on I-26, turn right onto Hwy 14, coming from the West turn left. Do not turn toward Landrum. From I74, take the Hwy 9 exit and turn left off the ramp coming from the east and right coming from the west. It is about 3-4 miles to the Hwy 9/14 intersection.
COXE ROAD: (1) From Hwy. 9/14 intersection, continue on Hwy 14 (changes to Sandy Plains Rd.) east for 4/10 of a mile. Turn right onto Floyd Blackwell Rd. Go 1.9 miles to where the road deadends at Coxe Rd. Turn left on Coxe Rd. Go 1 1/2 miles (past Church) to park in the big field on right. (2) From Hwy 74 take Union Road Exit. If coming from the east, turn left, if coming from the west, turn right. Go 1/4th mile to Stop Sign at Coxe/Sandy Plains Rd. Turn right. Go 2.2 miles to Coxe/Pea Ridge intersection. Turn left onto Coxe Rd. Go 1.8 miles. Park in the field on left.
THE VINEYARD: (1) From the intersection of 14/9 go 4.3 mi. east on Sandy Plains Rd to the Coxe/Pea Ridge intersection. Turn right onto Coxe Rd. Go 9/10 of a mile and (go slow) turn left between brick pillars just before the concrete bridge. Follow dirt drive, go right at the fork, and park in the pasture. (2) From Hwy 74, if coming from the east, follow Coxe Rd fixture directions until you get to Pea Ridge/Coxe Rd intersection. Then, you will turn left onto Coxe Rd.
EAST GREEN CREEK: Follow directions to Coxe Rd. fixture. Pass the big field and turn right on Solen Williams. Go 1.6 miles to the stop sign. Turn right onto East Green Creek Dr. Go about 0.4 of a mile and park in the field on the left. There is a black coop next to the gate to the field.
WHITE OAK CREEK: Follow the directions to the Hwy 14/9 intersection. Continue on Sandy Plains/Hwy14 east for 5 miles to John Watson Rd. Turn Right onto John Watson Rd. Go 2.3 miles. You will pass the back entrance to Green River Farm on the left. Continue to the White Oak fixture and turn left through the double gates into the parking field, right before the concrete bridge at White Oak Creek. (2) From HWY 74 take the Pea Ridge exit. If coming from the East turn L off the ramp and approach the circle. If coming from the West, the ramp will lead you right on to the circle. Go around the circle to the Pea Ridge turn off. Follow Pea Ridge to the stop sign at Pea Ridge/Sandy Plains intersection. Turn L. As above, follow Sandy Plains Rd to John Watson Rd. Turn R onto John Watson. Go 2.3 miles to the fixture on the left before the concrete bridge.
JOHN WATSON HOUSE: Follow directions to the White Oak Creek fixture on John Watson Rd. but continue past the concrete bridge for 6/10 miles. Staff parks on the right, at the John Watson House, by the red barn. Field members will drive past the house and park in the next field on the right. FRONT GATE - GREEN RIVER FARM: (1) From Hwy 14/9 intersection continue East on Hwy 14/Sandy Plains Rd for 6.3 miles. Turn right on Ken Miller Rd. Go .5 miles. Turn left through the double gates and park in the field across from the front gates (on the right) to Green River Farm. (2) From Hwy 74 take Union Road Exit. If coming from the east, turn left, if coming from the west, turn right. Go to Stop Sign at Coxe/Sandy Plains Rd. Turn right. Take the first left onto Ken Miller Rd. Follow the above directions from there.
TWO RIVERS: (1) From Hwy 14/9 intersection continue East on Hwy 14/Sandy Plains Rd for 6.3 miles. Turn right on Ken Miller Rd. Pass the entrance to Green River Farm on the right. Keep going. The fixture will be on the left at the bottom of a winding road, just before the bridge over the river. It's about 2.7 miles in total on Ken Miller Road once you turn off of Sandy Plains. (2) From Hwy 74 take Union Road Exit. If coming from the east, turn left, if coming from west, turn right. Go to Stop Sign at Coxe/Sandy Plains Rd. Turn right. Take the first left onto Ken Miller Rd. Follow above directions from there.
Once you arrive at the Two Rivers fixture, enter through the double gates and continue straight about 1/4th mile and follow the lane as it turns right. Go to the end of the lane, circle around and park on the right side of the lane coming out along the edge of the big field in the grass. Please leave the road unblocked. DO NOT go out into the field any further than you have to.
